With its innovative approach, the facility aims to redefine fitness and self-care in inspiring ways.We Are Hiring: Operations & Facilities CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medium-sized fitness facility. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards across facility operations, housekeeping, maintenance, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and coffee/protein corner operations.Key Responsibilities:1-Facility Operations• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, operational, and professionally maintained at all times.• Conduct daily facility inspections and operational walkthroughs.• Maintain operational checklists and follow-up logs.• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and proactive manner.2-Housekeeping Management• Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor attendance.• Schedule cleaning activities and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.• Conduct regular inspections of all facility areas, including gym floors, locker rooms, studios, bathrooms, and common areas.• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.The successful candidate will oversee a small housekeeping team of 2–3 employees, coordinate external service providers, and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, compliant, and fully operational at all times.3-Maintenance & Repairs• Monitor facility condition and identify maintenance requirements.• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for equipment and facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of work.• Track maintenance requests and follow through to completion.4-Vendor & Procurement Management• Source and manage suppliers and service providers.• Obtain quotations and support procurement activities.• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of operational supplies.• Maintain cost-effective purchasing practices while upholding quality standards.5-Coffee & Protein Corner Operations• Manage inventory levels for beverages, supplements, snacks, and related products.• Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries.• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.• Ensure product availability and operational readiness at all times.6-Mall & Compliance Coordination• Act as the primary liaison with mall management on operational matters.• Coordinate inspections, audits, and compliance requirements.• Ensure adherence to operational, health, and safety standards.7-Reporting• Prepare and submit weekly operational reports.• Monitor operational expenses against approved budgets.• Track maintenance performance and inventory accuracy.• Escalate significant operational issues when required.Qualifications• 2-4 years of experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, property management, or a similar environment.• Experience managing vendors, contractors, inventory, and procurement processes.• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Preferred Backgrounds• Hotel Operations Supervisor• Restaurant Supervisor• Coffee Shop Assistant Manager• Retail Store Manager• Property or Facilities Coordinator• Clubhouse or Community Facility SupervisorKey Attributes• High level of accountability and reliability• Strong attention to detail• Proactive and resourceful approach• Excellent follow-up and execution skills• Strong sense of ownership and responsibilityIf you are a hands-on operations professional with a passion for maintaining high facility standards and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
