We are a growing sweets and pastry business with two branches in Cairo. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations across both branches. This is a real leadership role — you will have clear day-to-day operational authority while working closely with ownership on strategy and key decisions. Direct experience dealing with suppliers and coordinating purchasing• Hands-on knowledge of oriental and/or western sweets production is a strong advantage• Strong, decisive personality — able to lead, enforce standards, and handle difficult situations• Commercially minded — understands costs, waste control, and revenue targets• Cairo-based with the ability to move between two branches daily
