Job PurposeThe Operations Manager serves as the primary link between the Production Manager and Operations teams, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all on-site jobs. The role oversees daily operational activities across revenue-generating systems, including workforce coordination, workflows, and technical infrastructure such as hardware and playback systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all operational staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Ensure all on-site jobs are executed in line with company SOPs and production priorities set by the Production Manager. Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Global QA Manager to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables to clients. Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational and tactical risks, providing proactive solutions. Manage and/or support JIRA Work Management boards to track all job and project activities. Coordinate with the Production Manager on long-term planning, job status reporting, and change control processes. Contribute to performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) using Power BI dashboards. Work closely with global service and support teams (including ORKA – Infrastructure and Production Systems) to ensure adherence to operational processes and workflows. Ensure routine and preventive maintenance is conducted in collaboration with internal and global support teams. Analyze ORKA data to assess operator and equipment performance, driving continuous improvement. Support and promote the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and practices.
