Job Purpose: The Production Manager acts as the primary liaison between customers, partners, and revenue-generating teams, ensuring the successful execution of all production jobs and projects (on-site and off-site). The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling end-to-end production processes to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget, while maintaining strong quality assurance standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead production planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of client projects. Coordinate all stages of the production lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Monitor project progress, including timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency to enhance profitability. Provide regular reporting to clients, sales teams, and senior management using tools such as Power BI and other reporting platforms. Collaborate with Operations and global teams to implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage workflows and project tracking through systems such as JIRA Work Management, Teams, and Confluence. Ensure adherence to global business policies, production standards, and quality assurance frameworks. Handle change management processes, including contract variations and scope adjustments. Work closely with Sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Support recruitment and team development within the business unit. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
