construction, maintenance, and irrigation solutions for commercial, residential, healthcare, and contractor clients.We are seeking a highly responsible and results-oriented Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager to serve as the second-in-command within the organization and oversee daily operations, project execution, and team management.This role is critical to supporting the company's growth, improving operational performance, and ensuring business continuity.Please note that technical expertise is NOT our primary selection criterion.Candidates will be evaluated according to the following priorities:Management & Follow-Up Ability (from 10 - 30 employee) (8-12 years experience)Ability to organize work, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure execution.Strong reporting and accountability skills.Proven experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Ownership & Decision-MakingAbility to take responsibility for results.Confidence in making self-management.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to maintain standards and follow through on commitments.Technical BackgroundExperience in landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, construction, or project operations is preferred.Technical knowledge is important but secondary to leadership and operational management capabilities.The successful candidate must be capable of والمتابعة.قدرة على تحمل المسؤولية واتخاذ القرار.الالتزام والانضباط الشخصي.الخبرة الفنية.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and oversee the company's day-to-day operations.Supervise project managers, engineers, site teams, and support staff.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational issues.Coordinate between technical office, site operations, procurement, and finance functions.Lead weekly operational review meetings and follow up on action plans.Manage workforce allocation, resource planning, and project priorities.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors during project execution.Prepare and submit regular management reports covering:Project statusOperational Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, maintenance, or project operations.Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and managing project execution.Strong understanding of project management, site operations, and resource planning.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.Highly accountable and dependable.Strong in execution and follow-through.Capable of making sound operational decisions.Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Able to build structure, improve processes, and lead teams effectively.Interested in growing with the company over the long term.بكالوريوس هندسة زراعية أو هندسة مدنية أو تخصص مناسب.خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المقاولات أو اللاندسكيب أو شبكات الري أو إدارة
