Job DescriptionWaset Co Studio is a fast-growing video post-production company specializing in real estate video editing for clients in the United States. We work with real estate media companies, agencies, and realtors to deliver high-quality property videos and social media reels.We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational leadership of the company and ensure that the production and client management teams perform efficiently.The Operations Manager will supervise the Senior Leader (responsible for the editing team) and the Account Manager (responsible for client communication and project delivery) to ensure smooth operations, accountability, and consistent performance.This role focuses on building structure, monitoring performance, and ensuring that internal systems run efficiently as the company grows.Key Responsibilities  Oversee the overall operations of the company’s production and client management processes Manage and supervise the Senior Leader and Account Manager and ensure they perform their roles effectively Monitor team performance, delivery speed, and operational efficiency Ensure that internal workflows and systems are followed properly Identify operational bottlenecks and improve processes when necessary Track key performance metrics such as project volume, delivery timelines, and team productivity Ensure accountability across the team and resolve operational issues when they arise Maintain operational reporting and provide regular updates to the founder Help improve internal systems and operational structure as the company growsThe goal of this role is to ensure that the operational leaders of the company perform efficiently and that the production system runs smoothly and consistently. 3–7 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or business operationsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExperience supervising managers or team leadersAbility to monitor performance and hold team leaders accountableStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience working with project or task management systems (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentExcellent communication and leadership skills
