For Logistica A DP World Company Job Purpose: Ensure that the team faces no obstacles in achieving required productivity and meeting customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Product examination:Inspect products and returns to determine their condition.Verify shipping and receiving processes:Ensure vehicle temperature is measured during loading/unloading.Confirm products are compacted in a standard way.Ensure products enter the receiving area one at a time to avoid errors.Keep product batches separate to prevent mixing.Check product safety, production date, operation number, and isolate damaged quantities for further examination.Ensure vehicles are clean and free of holes.Review returns, document reasons, and sign off appropriately.Printing process:Confirm cleanroom cleanliness before printing begins.Review quantities sent for printing.Verify product data to be printed.Monitor the printing process and ensure completion.Confirm requested data matches customer requirements.Vehicle cleaning:Ensure vehicles are clean inside and out.Verify no perforations, odors, or sharp objects are present.Installations and equipment:Ensure air conditioning units are functioning properly.Verify store floors, lighting, and electrical systems are free of malfunctions.Check drainpipes for blockages and confirm no water leaks.Stock management:Verify labels on each pallet.Ensure pallets are properly stored in designated areas.Confirm cartons are closed and pallets are wrapped neatly with stretch film.Ensure no products are placed directly on the floor.Enforce compliance with SOPs and warehouse work systems.Quality systems:Ensure the QMS is implemented and maintained.Handle customer complaints effectively.Ensure warehouse operations comply with GDP/GMP standards.OH&S compliance:Comply with OH&S policies, standards, objectives, and training.Report incidents (accidents or near misses).Participate in risk assessments.Environmental compliance:Comply with environmental standards, objectives, and training.Report environmental incidents immediately.Qualifications & Skills :Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent certification in QAMinimum 2 years of experience in the quality fieldGood command of English (written and spoken)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong decision-making, interpersonal, and leadership skillsEffective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
