- Key Responsibilities: Support daily tour operations, including basic coordination and scheduling tasks. Assist in ensuring tours depart and return on time. Help monitor cleanliness and report maintenance issues. Coordinate with team members and report any site-related concerns. Assist in handling minor on-site issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors. Support sales activities on-site and contribute to achieving team targets. Help prepare basic daily reports and update operational records. Identify and share customer feedback with the team. Ensure a friendly and welcoming experience for visitors. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized sales area. Follow assigned schedules and attendance requirements. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and instructions. Follow safety procedures and report any incidents immediately. - Required Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic customer service and sales skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take direction. Basic problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and reliability.- Required Experience & Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Good command of English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus). Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
