About the job Oracle FIN Functional ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Oracle FIN Functional Consultant to support O2C & P2P activities as part of ERP operation team in Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess medium expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with experience managing end-to-end life cycle implementations and functional testing in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle FIN functionalities.Perform O2C & P2P testing activities, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with project goals.Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules in Oracle EBS Environment.Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, and support.Identify, document, and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases.Ensure seamless project go-live by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing functional gaps.Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams as needed. Required Skills:Strong expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with specific focus on O2C and P2P processes.Experience working in Oracle EBS environments, with a track record of successful implementations.Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle management, including testing, implementation, and support.Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues effectively.Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in Oracle FIN tracks.Oracle certifications in FIN modules are a plus.Prior experience in large-scale project go-live scenarios.Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies.
