Key Responsibilities:The leader plans and recommends solutions that enhance current financial systems to align with corporate goals.The leader promotes business process reengineering and best practices in Oracle EBS Financial systems.The leader serves as a senior analyst, advocating for Oracle EBS Financial system architecture.The leader is responsible for all phases of Oracle EBS Financial system implementation, from requirements analysis to system deployment.They offer support to both onsite and remote end users, addressing their Oracle Finance module-related queries and issues, andResolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.The leader assists in mapping and improving business processes for the implementation of Oracle EBS Financial Management, including report development.They coach and mentor other team members, helping them resolve design and implementation challenges while participating in problem management.They support multiple projects and tasks within the Oracle EBS Financial systems and related applications.They establish and adhere to project standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.They develop and document expertise and capabilities within Oracle EBS Financial systems.The leader undertakes various assigned tasks to support team and organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field, and certification as an Oracle Implementation Associate are preferred.Experience:Minimum 7 years of work experience in a similar role.Functional Knowledge:Willing to be part of the Core IT Team permanently to implement & support Super users & End Users, third-party software integrations.Should have completed at least 1 full cycle of implementation of Oracle Financial Modules, in a multi-org, multi operating unit and multicurrency environment.Experience with the following: AP, GL, Budgets, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management.Knowledge of user support principles and practices: Very GoodAnalytical and problem-solving skills: Very GoodVery good in English
