Role: Oracle Fusion HCM ConsultantEmployment Type: PermanentJob Location: Cairo, EgyptWork Mode: Onsite, Work form officeWe're hiring on behalf of a leading enterprise organization seeking a skilled professional with strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Configure and support Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.Apply Oracle implementation methodologies and industry best practices.Deliver high-quality functional and technical solutions for complex business requirements.Lead project workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Guide technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions.Conduct solution design, gap analysis, testing, and deployment activities.Provide functional support, user guidance, and post-go-live assistance.Participate in client discussions and business development initiatives.🔹 Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in Core HR Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation, Goals, Performance, Talent Management, Learning Management, ORC and Time and Labor modules is a mustExperience with Fast Formula and Retro functionalities is a mustGood to have technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, PL/SQL, BI Reports and OTBI Reports.Experience in the preparation of Functional documents e.g. Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, System Test scripts and application setupDesign, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle FusionWork with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions and reportsAssist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problemsWorked on Extensions, Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports and CustomizationsGood understanding of functional flows of HRMS CyclesAt least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with KSA implementation experience📩 Interested candidates can share their CVs at shaloo.rani@dautom.com or connect with Shaloo Rani on LinkedIn here
