Role OverviewAs an Oracle Fusion UX / Redwood Manager, you will be responsible for driving user experience configuration and optimization across Oracle Fusion applications. You will lead UI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes, security frameworks, and enterprise design standards. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Redwood UX, including navigation, homepages, and role-based landing experiencesManage and govern UI changes using Sandboxes and Oracle Fusion configuration tools, ensuring controlled and seamless deploymentsDrive UX extensibility initiatives using tools such as Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)Align user experience configurations with security roles, business workflows, and approval hierarchiesCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable UX solutionsOversee usability testing cycles, support UAT activities, and incorporate user feedback into continuous improvementsAssess quarterly Oracle release impacts and lead related UX enhancements and regression validationsProvide leadership, guidance, and best practices to junior team members and project stakeholders
