The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle SCM modules and will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of supply chain processes.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage Oracle SCM implementation projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Configure Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, etc.) to meet business needs.Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the system.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM applications.Stay current with Oracle SCM updates and best practices, and recommend enhancements.Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules with at least 2 years in a lead role.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant Oracle certifications are preferred.
