With a keen eye on global trends and consumer needs, we pride ourselves on our agility, our ability to capture emerging health movements early, and our commitment to staying ahead of the curve.Job Summary:The Organization Design & Rewards Lead's mission is to drive organizational effectiveness, agility, and strategic alignment, fueling Limitless Naturals' success through the design of scalable operating models and competitive, value-driven total rewards structures that attract, motivate, and retain top-tier talent.Key Responsibilities:Organizational Design & StructuringReview and optimize the business units/functions; reduce organizational layers; resolve role redundancies.Total Rewards Strategy & BenchmarkingMaintain compensation competitiveness at the targeted market percentile; design and roll out incentive schemes (STI/LTI) aligned with business growth.Job Evaluation & Grading IntegrityEvaluate and calibrate 100% of new and existing roles using a standardized methodology (e.g., Hay Group/Mercer) to ensure internal equity and clear career paths.Advanced Analytics & Workforce InsightsBuild and maintain dynamic data models/dashboards for personnel cost planning, attrition risks, and compa-ratio analysis to support the P&C Manager's decision-making.Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or Finance is required. Certification in a recognized global grading methodology (e.g., Mercer, Hay Group) is highly preferred.Minimum of 6–8 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3–4 years strictly focused on Organization Design and Total Rewards.Specific, proven contribution in a similar corporate environment, such as independently executing a complete salary benchmark cycle or managing the structural reorganization of an entire division or business unit.Fully aligned with an "Ownership, Not Permission" operating style.Highly analytical, data-driven, yet possessing the high emotional intelligence (EQ) and discretion required to handle sensitive structural decisions and compensation data quietly and effectively.
