Role DescriptionWe are seeking a high-caliber OD to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be managing internal processes; you will be the strategic architect for our clients. You will diagnose organizational health, design performance frameworks, and lead transformational change across various industries. You are expected to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and human potential..Key Responsibilities1. Organizational Design & Structural EfficiencyAnalyze and optimize organizational structures to improve workflow and communication.Conduct job analysis to create and update comprehensive Job Descriptions and competency frameworks.Ensure that departmental structures support the scalability and strategic pulse of the organization.2. Performance Management & OKRsDesign and manage the performance appraisal cycle, moving beyond traditional reviews to continuous feedback models.Assist departments in setting meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Provide coaching to managers on how to conduct effective performance discussions.3. Talent Management & Succession PlanningIdentify high-potential employees (HiPos) and develop tailored growth maps for them.Design succession planning frameworks to mitigate leadership risks and ensure business continuity.Manage the "Internal Career Path" program to increase internal mobility.4. Culture & Employee EngagementLead employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and transform insights into actionable retention strategies.Develop initiatives that promote the company’s core values and a positive workplace culture.Act as a change agent during organizational transitions or digital transformations.5. Learning & Development (L&D) StrategyIdentify skill gaps within the workforce through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Oversee the implementation of leadership development programs and professional growth workshops.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.Experience:0-2 years of experience in HRAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret HR analytics and turn data into strategic recommendations.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.Soft Skills: A "Change Management" mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
