They operate across multiple growth channels, including events, partnerships, and direct outreach, and are now focused on building a predictable, high-performing outbound engine to support their next stage of growth.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Outbound Growth Lead will be responsible for building and owning the company’s outbound engine from the ground up, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline. This is a highly autonomous, pipeline-first role where success is measured by outcomes, including meetings booked, conversion rates, and scalable outbound performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Pipeline GenerationBuild and own the outbound motion end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimizationIdentify target personas and segments across multiple verticalsExecute multi-channel outbound efforts, including email, LinkedIn, events, and list reactivationGenerate qualified pipeline and book meetings for the founder/closerSystems & Workflow DevelopmentBuild and manage outbound infrastructure using tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, and enrichment platformsImplement automation and AI into workflows to increase efficiency and scalabilityContinuously refine targeting, sequencing, and messaging systemsMessaging & QualificationWrite high-converting outbound copy that drives replies and engagementConduct early-stage qualification calls to assess fit and gather insightsEnsure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the founder for closingPerformance & OptimizationOwn outbound performance metrics, including meetings booked, reply rates, and conversion ratesRun ongoing testing across channels, messaging, and target audiencesIdentify top-performing channels and scale what worksQualificationsExperienceProven experience building outbound systems from scratchStrong understanding of multi-channel outbound strategiesExperience working independently with minimal directionExperience in B2B services, consulting, or partnerships (preferred)Experience working across multiple personas and verticals (preferred)SkillsStrong written communication skills with a focus on conversionProcess-oriented mindset with the ability to build and document systemsAbility to operate autonomously and take full ownership of resultsStrong analytical mindset for testing, measuring, and optimizing performanceFamiliarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, and similar platformsAbility to leverage AI tools to enhance outbound workflows and automationStrong judgment in prioritizing high-impact activities that drive pipelineWhat Success Looks LikeA clearly defined outbound system with structured channels and workflowsConsistent generation of qualified pipelineIdentification of top-performing acquisition channelsStrong alignment with the founder on lead quality and conversionEarly signs of a scalable and repeatable outbound engineOpportunityThis is an opportunity to build and own a company’s outbound growth engine from the ground up within an AI-native organization.
