Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.Our client is a growing flooring and remodeling company focused on building and scaling outbound sales initiatives, improving lead follow-up processes, and establishing stronger customer outreach systems as the business continues expanding.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Sales Development Lead will help manage outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline organization while supporting leadership in developing scalable outbound sales systems and processes.This role requires someone with strong outbound sales experience, confidence handling customer conversations, and experience building or improving lead generation and follow-up workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, KPI-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Outreach & Lead GenerationConduct outbound outreach through phone, SMS, and emailFollow up with inbound inquiries, old leads, and pending estimatesQualify prospects and schedule appointmentsMaintain consistent communication throughout the sales pipelineSales Process & Workflow DevelopmentHelp establish outbound sales systems and workflowsAssist with scripting, follow-up structures, and lead management processesTrack KPIs and outreach performance metricsSupport leadership in building scalable sales operationsCRM & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and lead trackingOrganize follow-ups and customer communicationEnsure visibility and consistency across the sales pipelineQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or call center environmentsExperience with cold calling and lead qualificationExperience helping improve or build sales workflows preferredSkillsStrong verbal English communication skillsOrganized and KPI-focused mindsetConfidence handling outbound conversationsStrong follow-up and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently in fast-paced environmentsExperience using CRM systems, Odoo CRM, dialers, Google Workspace, OpenPhone, or Aircall preferredWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent outbound outreach and lead follow-upImproved appointment booking and response ratesOrganized and scalable sales workflowsIncreased pipeline visibility and customer engagementOpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to help build and improve outbound sales operations within a growing company.
