We’re looking for a Software Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in outreach, and passionate about driving new business in the software industry.*Generate new leads through outbound prospecting and cold outreach* Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients* Identify and qualify sales opportunities and customer needs* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline* Present and promote software solutions to prospective clients* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding* Track and report on outreach and sales performance • experience in software sales or tech sales* Proven ability to generate leads independently* Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales activities* Fluent English (spoken and written is a must)* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset* Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets➕ Nice to Have* Background in marketing or lead generation strategies* Experience selling software solutions and services
