The team values long-term partnerships built on technical expertise, service quality, and consistent support.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Sales Engineer role based in 10th of Ramadan. The Outdoor Sales Engineer will visit existing and potential customers, assess their production needs, and propose appropriate machinery and equipment solutions. This role includes preparing technical and commercial offers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and following up on quotations and ongoing projects. The Outdoor Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure correct solution design, accurate specifications, and smooth project handover. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a sales pipeline, updating CRM or sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitors, and providing regular feedback to management.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in technical sales, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, or related engineering solutions.Strong skills in customer relationship management, including prospecting, needs assessment, and after-sales follow-up.Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and production processes, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Proven capability to work independently in the field, plan visits efficiently, and manage time and priorities under minimal supervision.Comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) to track leads, opportunities, and customer data.Valid driving license and readiness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is an advantage.Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused conduct in all business interactions.
