By continuously monitoring market dynamics and industry developments, you will identify opportunities and risks, adapting sourcing strategies and business plans to changing conditions. You will drive commercial negotiations with suppliers and business partners, leveraging strong market knowledge and commercial acumen to secure competitive advantages while maintaining quality and operational excellence.You will play a key role in building and strengthening the supplier ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company standards in quality, compliance, cost efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities support broader business priorities and growth ambitions.In addition, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, system enhancement, and organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the sourcing organization.Organizational ScopeReporting directly to Category Supply Chain Director, the role holds end-to-end responsibility for the country sourcing operation and overall sourcing performance.The scope includes sourcing strategy development, supplier management, merchandising oversight, quality and compliance governance, sourcing office management, and financial performance management. The role is accountable for achieving country-level business targets while ensuring alignment with global sourcing strategies and corporate objectives.The position requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to drive scalable growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the sourcing footprint within the country.About YouYou combine strong commercial judgment with a strategic mindset and are able to translate business objectives into actionable sourcing strategies.
