The LC Waikiki brand is a collection of fashion for women, men and children, with its own stores established in 58 countries across Eastern Europe, Middle East, Russia, CIS countries and Turkey.We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our finance team.Role: Finance and Accounting ManagerLocation: Lc Waikiki Companies in the Egypt regionJob Description:Managing the finance and accounting unit of a retail company covering the accounting & tax, treasury & payments, management reporting and ERP applications.Monitoring to ensure that all the daily accounting records are kept properly in accordance with the local legislation with appropriate approvals & authorizationsMake sure that all the periodical tax declarations are prepared properly and submitted on time to the tax office and other related governmental bodies (social Security etc.)Make sure that the automatic integrations are working properly regarding cash and inventory cyclePreparation of all the periodical management reports in accordance with the company’s IFRS base accounting & reporting guidelines with good accrual mentalityPreparation of all the financial projections including the annual budget, periodical future cash flow statements etc.Following up of the daily cash transactions, summary cash reports, controlling of the cash count statements, reconciling of the daily records with the bank records & statementsApplying the treasury, Insurance and all type of financial, accounting procedures set by the head officeManaging the payment processes of the company, the contracts and legal issues in coordination with lawyersInvolving and managing the situation when Governmental Audits, Internal Audits and External Audits held in the companyTo fully understand and make necessary improvement requests on the software used.Training & development of finance team members. Preparing a team can handle all duties in hand on time and according to company standards.Required Qualifications:Education & Language Skills· University degree in Business Administration or Economy· Fluent English (written & verbal)Professional Expertise· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar positions· Experience in running the integrated cash and inventory systems in a retail environment is a plus· Experience of working in a matrix organization (directly reporting to the country manager, functionally reporting the HQ finance director)Specific Competencies· Analytical mindset· Team player· Leadership Management Style· Result oriented and have a positive attitude· Excellent communication skills· High sense of responsibility· Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
