Your work will ensure that our clients can effectively manage their payroll processes while maintaining compliance and minimizing errors.If you have a solid background in SAP HR with a focus on Compensation and Payroll, and you are driven by a passion for helping organizations improve their HR functions, we invite you to apply!ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their compensation and payroll needs and challengesDesign, configure, and implement SAP HR solutions for compensation management and payroll processingOptimize payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyConduct thorough system testing, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to HR and payroll teamsCreate and deliver training programs and documentation to facilitate user adoption and understandingWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR modules related to compensation and payrollStay current on legislative changes and SAP updates affecting payroll and compensation processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant specializing in SAP HR, focusing on Compensation and PayrollStrong understanding of payroll processes, compensation structures, and SAP HR functionalitiesExperience implementing and supporting SAP HR Payroll solutions in various organizational contextsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teamsSAP certification in Human Resources or Payroll is a plusSkills:In-depth knowledge of SAP HR Compensation & Payroll tools and integration with other SAP modulesAbility to streamline payroll processes and enhance operational efficiencyCompetent in conducting training sessions and producing user-friendly documentation
