Your role and responsibilities Experience needed: Not lower than (4-7 years) experienced in the mentioned role. Responsible for: ▪ Expertise in SAP Basis, including system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning. ▪ Experience with SAP Monitoring tools and techniques ▪In-depth knowledge of Designing high available and disaster recovery scenarios. ▪In-depth knowledge of SAP applications and system landscapes, including the ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP systems. ▪ In-depth knowledge of Operating System (Linux/Unix/Windows). ▪ Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP modules. ▪ Sybase knowledge and experience. ▪ Designs the overall structure of the SAP system, including modules, interfaces, and integration points. ▪ Ensure that the solution aligns with industry's best practices and meets security and performance requirements. ▪ Smooth functioning of SAP applications, databases, and servers by performing tasks such as system installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, handle user management, security administration, system upgrades, and patches. ▪ E?ective documentation skills to maintain clear and organized records of system configurations, changes, and processes. ▪ Ability to provide guidance to development teams and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful delivery of the SAP solution. ▪ Define user roles and permissions, implement user provisioning and deprovisioning processes & Monitor user activity and identify suspicious behavior. ▪ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise ▪ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. ▪ Proven experience as an SAP Basis consultant E2E implementation with minimum 4 years as SAP Basis consultant. ▪ Proven experience as an SAP Security consultant with a minimum of 2 years in designing SAP security strategies, delivery or SAP security assessments. ▪ Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, HANA database administration, and operating systems, SAP system architecture, SAP security standards. ▪ Experience in the interaction of business processes and SAP systems with regards to SAP Security implementation best practice. ▪ Familiarity with SAP system installations, upgrades, and patches. ▪ Proficiency in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning. ▪ Knowledge of SAP security concepts and user management. ▪ Experience in SAP SSO solutions. ▪ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate e?ectively with cross functional teams. ▪ Advanced in English (Speaking, Written). ▪ SAP certifications for the mentioned role. ▪ Flexibility to work in di?erent time zones. ▪ Experience in SAP GRC is plus. ▪ Experience in SAP Solution manager (ITSM, Charm) is plus. Preferred technical and professional experience * Database Administration Knowledge: Exposure to database administration principles and practices, with an understanding of how they apply to SAP HANA Basis solutions. * System Architecture Understanding: Experience working with system architecture concepts and their application in SAP HANA Basis environments. * IT Service Management: Exposure to IT service management frameworks and their relevance to delivering SAP HANA Basis solutions that meet business requirements.
