We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Media & Creative Strategist to manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while developing strong creative ideas, ad concepts, and visual references that help brands achieve better results.This is not a standard Media Buyer role. We are looking for someone who understands both performance marketing and creative strategy — someone who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, research trends, develop ad ideas, and guide the creative team with clear briefs and references.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.Develop campaign strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, and business objectives.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and objectives to improve results.Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.Research advertising trends, competitors, viral content, and creative references relevant to each brand and campaign.Develop strong ad concepts, hooks, offers, content angles, and creative directions for paid campaigns.Create clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, content creators, and production teams.Work closely with the creative department to ensure ads are visually strong, platform-ready, and built around performance objectives.Test different creative formats, messaging angles, audiences, and campaign structures to identify what performs best.Identify problems early, suggest practical solutions, and take ownership of campaign performance.Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, new ad formats, and emerging paid media trends.Use AI tools to support research, creative ideation, ad copy development, audience analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.RequirementsStrong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads is highly preferred.Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, pixel setup, reporting, and budget optimization.Ability to analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and engagement rate.Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop ad ideas, hooks, offers, content angles, and campaign concepts.Experience researching creative references, competitor ads, trends, and high-performing content.Ability to create clear creative briefs and communicate effectively with designers, editors, and content teams.Good knowledge of AI-powered tools for creative research, ad copy, campaign planning, reporting, and workflow optimization.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Agency experience and experience managing multiple client accounts are highly preferred.Working StyleThis is a full-time, on-site position.The candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and clients at the same time.Strong ownership mentality is required. The candidate should not wait for instructions for every detail and should be able to identify opportunities, solve problems, and recommend solutions.The role requires close collaboration with account managers, designers, video editors, content creators, and clients.Working HoursSunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Break time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PMSaturday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM No breakFriday: Day offCompensation & GrowthThe starting salary range is EGP 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s practical experience, knowledge of advertising platforms, ability to analyze performance, quality of case studies, and ability to develop effective advertising ideas and strategies.This role offers clear growth potential.
