Own the Future of Gaming at Mondia.Your core role is to act as the operational backbone of the partnerships function — tracking deliverables and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with department's objectives and timelines. You will also be the first point of coordination for partners when needed, ensuring communication is clear and processes run smoothly across both new launches and live projects.Roles And ResponsibilitiesInternal CoordinationLiaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product for Partnership specific topicsTrack timelines across active workstreams (internally and externally) — from partner launches to ongoing live projects — and flag delays earlyPrepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the Partnerships Process & Launch SupportMonitor ongoing live partner activities (campaigns, reporting, tech updates) and surface blockers or gaps that need attentionMaintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to give the team full visibility of what is in progress and what is pendingCommunication & OrchestrationServe as the coordination layer between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders, ensuring the right actions and timelines are communicatedHaving a complete overview and up to date knowledge of Partner products and offeringSupport partner-facing communication when needed, ensuring a timely and professional responseCompetencies Behavioral SkillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and self-driven — follows up without being askedComfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Collaborative and team-orientedFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentTechnical SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with coordination and productivity tools (spreadsheets, task trackers, shared documents)Proficient in MS Office or equivalentStrong communication abilitiesStrong understanding of MS OfficeAccurate record keepingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)Prior experience in a coordination, operations, or support role is an advantage but not requiredComfortable liaising with multiple teams and seniority levelsAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detailProactive and self-driven, with a strong follow-through on commitments
