We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and management of high-value merchant partnerships. This role is responsible for expanding our premium merchant portfolio, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s commercial success.What you will doIdentify, approach, and acquire high-end merchants aligned with the company’s commercial strategyOwn and grow a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive revenue and achieve monthly sales targetsConsistently meet merchant acquisition targets and close new partnership agreementsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners to maximize portfolio performanceLead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with approved pricing and business modelsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and activation of merchantsMonitor merchant performance and proactively drive initiatives to improve sales, activation, and overall productivityMaintain a strong acquisition pipeline and provide regular performance and market insightsTo succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field5+ years of experience in partnerships, key account management, merchant acquisition, or business developmentExperience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or payments is preferredStrong track record in merchant acquisition and consistently achieving revenue targetsExcellent relationship management skills with a focus on client retention and growthStrong negotiation, communication, and closing skillsAbility to manage a high-volume pipeline and thrive in a target-driven environmentResults-oriented with the ability to use data to optimize sales performance and conversionStrong command of Microsoft Office tools
