Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processingCollaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment. Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll systemAddress payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies. Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordinglyRecommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and complianceIf you're ready to take your career to the next level and contribute to the success of a thriving organization, B.TECH is the place for youRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing preferably in the retailExperience with high-volume payroll environments across multiple locationsStrong knowledge of payroll systemsSolid understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication and leadership skills.
