Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Property Investment Consultant based in Cairo. The Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investment opportunities, conducting financial planning, developing investment strategies, and providing expert guidance on property acquisitions. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients, identifying profitable opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. QualificationsStrong skills and expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Investment StrategiesComprehensive knowledge of Investments and property market trendsProven ability in delivering excellent Customer Service and building lasting client relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and presentation abilitiesA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in real estate or property investment is an advantageProficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is highly desirable
