Koinz is Saudi Arabia’s leading social food ordering experience — the app that transforms everyday coffee and dining into a fun, rewarding, and shareable lifestyle.With 2.7M+ signups, Koinz is more than a loyalty app — it’s where Gen Z and young consumers discover brands, earn rewards, share experiences, and make food social.Your Mission is to own employee lifecycle, KSA government compliance platforms, employee relations, and performance management across our Egypt and KSA operations.What You'll OwnEmployee DocumentationOwn and maintain employee files, contracts, and personnel records across Egypt and KSAEnsure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all timesKSA Government PlatformsManage KSA employee processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad — including work permits, iqama and visa/sponsorship processing, GOSI registration and contributions, and WPS payroll complianceEmployee RelationsManage the ER caseload across both markets — grievances, warnings, PIPs, disciplinary processes, and terminationsAdvise managers on labor law risk and compliant process.Performance ManagementSupport and help run the performance management cycle across Egypt and KSA — reviews, goal-setting documentation, and PIP processesEnsure consistency and compliance in how performance issues are documented and escalated in both marketsWho You Are3–6 years of HR experience with a strong, demonstrated track record in Personnel Administration and Employee RelationsSolid working knowledge of Egyptian labor lawHands-on experience with KSA government HR platforms — Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad — not just familiarity, actual operational experienceExperience supporting or running performance management processes (reviews, PIPs, goal documentation)
