People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee record-keeping, and assisting with the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.The People Operation Specialist plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience through efficient administrative support.RESPONSIBILITIESHR Operations & Administration• Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and resignations• Maintain and update accurate employee personnel files (both physical and digital) in compliance with data privacy regulations• Support offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final settlement calculations• Prepare, submit, and follow up on Form 1 & 6Coordination & Communication• Coordinate with the Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow for new joiners and leavers• Maintain clear and professional communication with employees and internal stakeholders regarding personnel updates• Support HR team in generating basic reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance as neededREQUIREMENTSExperience• 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or a similar administrative role (internships and fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Technical Skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Personal Skills • Strong Communication Skills.• Problem - Solving Skills• Attention To Details
