Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needsManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring)Handle onboarding and offboarding processesManage and optimize daily People Operations activitiesEmployee Relations & Personnel ManagementMonitor employee performance and provide reportsMaintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracyCreate and maintain HR Information (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations)Create and maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal processesEnsure compliance with labor regulations and company policiesMedical & Insurance AdministrationPrepare HR reports when neededRequirements:Proven experience in HR, preferably within translation industryBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesGood command of English (both written and spoken)
