We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.Responsibilities:Managing and ensuring the accuracy of timesheets for all employees, including sending reminders to those who have not submitted their timesheetsAssist the recruitment team with hiring related tasks, such as setting up interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing job postings if neededMaintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trendsAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresManage HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadershipPrepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as payroll costs, turnover rates, and employee satisfactionSupport other HR functions as needed, including performance management, benefits administration, and training and developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiativesCommunicate HR policies, programs, and updates to employees clearly and effectivelyBuild strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a culture of trust and transparencyParticipate in HR team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processesRepresent the HR department in meetings with senior leadership and other stakeholdersRequirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of labor laws in Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAEProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationshipsFluent in English (both written and spoken)Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutionsPrevious experience with NetSuite is a plus
