Implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in alignment with overallbusiness goals Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to discuss theManpower Planning (MPP). Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for People PartnerSpecialists. Develop and distribute the monthly plan for the People Partner team. Oversee monthly P&O performance metrics (e.g., hiring numbers, exit interviewoutcomes). Prepare and manage the payroll transaction sheet, ensuring accuracy, andcommunicate with the Shared Services team for timely procession Audit and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Monitor team workload and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Ensure P&O policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated as necessary. Serve as the main liaison between Operations and the People team. Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across teams. Collaborate with P&O pilers Centers of Excellence , shared service ,Talent Acquisition, L&D, , etc.) to deliver integrated P&O solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Oversee the performance management cycle and ensure its timely completion. ---
