Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant channelsManage and allocate budgets to meet CPA and CPM targetsConduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign relevanceMonitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizationsNegotiate and manage media placements with publishers, networks, and ad platformsManage and optimize programmatic advertising using Google Ad Manager and PrebidEnsure proper ad tag implementation and troubleshoot issues across web, app, and CTV platformsMonitor key metrics (CPM, fill rate, view ability) and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholdersOversee monetization on YouTube AdSense, Facebook In-Stream Ads, TikTok Pulse, and Snapchat Partner ProgramSupport video ad serving for Smashi TV (CTV, live streams, and VOD) via SpringServe or similar platformsAlign ad delivery strategies with editorial and commercial goals in collaboration with content and sales teamsIdentify target audiences and ensure the right channels and content mix for each campaignIdentify and propose new monetization opportunities across digital inventoryStay up to date with industry trends and explore new tools and platforms to drive incremental revenueRequirements1–3 years of experience in Media Buying, Ad Operations, or Digital Advertising., preferably within a digital media or publishing environment. Solid knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and the programmatic ecosystem.Familiarity with social media monetization tools and platform dashboards (YouTube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).Experience with mobile ad serving and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).Understanding of ad tag structures, basic HTML, and ad troubleshooting tools.Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.What Success Looks Like Smooth and efficient execution of ad campaigns across all platforms.
