Performance Lead

Job SummaryWe are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Lead to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across both B2B and B2C channels. This role will focus heavily on generating qualified US leads through Google Ads and Meta platforms while optimizing performance, ROI, and customer acquisition cost. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns targeting the US market, preferably within ISP, home services, telecom, or solar industries. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms. • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50K. • Drive customer acquisition and lead generation for US-based campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics daily. • Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and reporting tools. • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies. • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Analyze funnel performance and recommend optimization strategies. • Manage agency relationships, freelancers, or internal marketing resources if needed. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tracking technologies, and platform updates. Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition. • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads for US lead generation campaigns. • Experience managing advertising budgets of $50K+ per month. • Advanced knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and performance analytics.• Proven success generating leads for US-based markets. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization. • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
