Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale our telesales and customer acquisition operations in Egypt. This role will be responsible for owning operational performance, P&L management, distributor relationships, compliance, and ensuring alignment between B2C sales functions. The ideal candidate comes from a strong BPO/telesales background with hands-on experience managing US telecom, ISP, or lead generation campaigns. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring someone who has successfully launched campaigns from zero and can build scalable operational structures in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily operations of telesales and customer acquisition teams. • Own operational KPIs, productivity, revenue targets, and overall P&L performance. • Build and scale campaigns from setup to steady-state operations. • Manage distributor and vendor relationships while ensuring service quality and compliance. • Coordinate and align B2C operational workflows. • Develop operational strategies to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience. • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, staffing, and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with recruitment teams to support rapid hiring and onboarding. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through reporting, analytics, and process optimization. • Manage team leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in BPO, telesales, or call center operations. • Strong background in US telecom, ISP, or US-focused sales campaigns. • Previous experience with companies such as Concentrix, Teleperformance, Ibex, Alorica, Foundever, Raya Contact Center, or similar organizations is highly preferred. • Proven experience launching campaigns from scratch, not only managing existing operations. • Strong understanding of sales operations, workforce management, compliance, and reporting. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Comfortable working US-aligned shifts.
