We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Executive to own our organic and paid search channels. You will be responsible for growing visibility, driving qualified traffic, and maximising ROI across SEO and Google Ads. This role has no social media remit it is focused entirely on search performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing technical SEO auditsImplement on-page and technical SEO improvements in collaboration with developersBuild and manage link-acquisition strategies and outreach programmesWrite and refine ad copy, landing page copy, and meta contentSet up and manage Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and goal configurationReport weekly and monthly on traffic, rankings, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and leadsManage advertising budget to achieve agreed cost-per-acquisition targetsCollaborate with the content team to align SEO strategy with editorial outputMonitor algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordinglyREQUIREMENTS2+ years in a dedicated SEO and/or paid search roleProficient in Google Ads — Search and Shopping campaigns at a minimumStrong grasp of technical SEO: crawlability, schema markup, Core Web VitalsHands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Tag ManagerProficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming FrogAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisionsExcellent written English for ad copy and on-page contentGoogle Ads certification is desirableWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEOrganic rankings and traffic growing month-on-month for target keywordsGoogle Ads campaigns hitting or beating target ROAS and CPAWell-structured campaign account with a documented optimisation logClear, actionable reporting delivered to stakeholders on a regular cadence
