The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across our e-commerce brands. This position requires hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying growth opportunities through a data-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.Manage e-commerce-focused campaigns, including Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Advantage+ Catalog campaigns.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR, and AOV.Develop performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign insights.Ensure accurate implementation of conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting through GA4 and advertising platforms.Support conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing initiatives, and customer journey analysis. Manage UTM tracking structures, product feeds, pixels, and platform integrations.Collaborate closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing best practices.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing.Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is highly preferred.Previous experience within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.Experience working with Shopify, Salla, Zid, or comparable e-commerce platforms.Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities within a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
