What you'll do:Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on regulated financial products. Drive acquisition for key funnel stages: lead → application → approval → activation.Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, approval rate, CAC, and LTV, not just trafficManage and scale media budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability targetsPartner with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all ads, copy, and creatives meet regulatory requirementsLead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion and approval ratesAnalyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to continuously improve acquisition qualityDevelop and maintain remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase conversion and reactivationDeliver clear performance reports, insights, and forecasts to stakeholdersTo succeed in this role, you'll need to have:4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within fintech, consumer finance, lending, or digital financial servicesStrong experience managing paid media for regulated productsAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (search, display, video, and conversion optimization)Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and attribution modelsProven ability to optimize beyond leads, focusing on approval rates and customer qualityAnalytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
