Company DescriptionIntegrated Vision is a business growth and sales enablement company that helps organizations generate qualified leads, improve sales performance, and implement systems that support sustainable growth.Our solutions combine lead generation, CRM systems, sales process optimization, automation, and performance tracking to help businesses convert more opportunities into revenue.About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in paid advertising, conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and lead generation strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.• Continuously improve campaign performance and lead quality.Lead Generation• Generate qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns.• Develop audience targeting strategies.• Test and optimize creatives, audiences, and offers.Landing Pages• Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation campaigns.• Improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.Tracking & Analytics• Set up and manage tracking systems.• Configure Pixels, Conversion Tracking, and Attribution.• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Reporting• Prepare monthly performance reports.• Present insights and recommendations for improvement.Requirements• Minimum 2 years experience in Performance Marketing.• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.• Experience with conversion tracking and analytics.• Experience building or managing landing pages.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Real Estate campaigns.• Experience with Healthcare campaigns.• Experience with CRM integrations.KPIs• Cost Per Lead (CPL)• Lead Quality• Conversion Rate• Campaign ROI• Client Retention
