The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified calls and leads for Terra Solutions and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, setting budgets, selecting channels and placements, and managing bids to achieve performance targets such as CPL, CPA, and ROI. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, generating reports, and recommending adjustments to improve results. The Performance Media Buyer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives and customer support goals, while staying current on platform updates, trends, and best practices.Qualifications Strong media planning and media buying skills, with experience managing budgets and optimizing performance across multiple channels.Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills to design data-driven campaigns, interpret performance metrics, and make informed optimizations.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and coordinate with external partners or vendors.Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and tracking/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, pixel implementation) is highly beneficial.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment with strong attention to detail and time management.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Background in call center, customer support, or lead generation environments is a plus.
