If you enjoy optimizing campaigns, testing new ideas, and helping brands scale through data-driven strategies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of media buying strategies across digital advertising platforms.Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns according to approved plans and objectives.Assist in planning budgets, audience targeting, placements, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance.Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization actions to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.Set up and maintain tracking systems using tools such as GTM, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and platform-specific tracking solutions.Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling, optimization, and performance improvement.Monitor advertising spend and budget pacing to ensure efficient resource allocation.Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare regular performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives.Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign performance and optimization opportunities.Qualifications3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Paid Advertising.Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization techniques.Ability to analyze campaign data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
