Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and Google • Drive revenue growth and ROAS improvement for e-commerce campaigns • Analyze performance and continuously optimize creatives, funnels, and targeting • Develop and test performance-driven video creatives (UGC, hooks, angles) • Improve full funnel performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, AOV) • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages • Work closely with creative/content teams to produce high-performing ads • Understand and optimize campaigns based on GCC audience behaviorRequirements: • 3–5+ years in Performance Marketing (E-commerce is a must) • Hands-on experience with Meta & Snapchat Ads (GCC experience is highly preferred) • Strong understanding of video performance marketing (hooks, creatives, testing) • Proven ability to improve ROAS and scale campaigns • Experience with funnels, tracking (Pixel, GA4), and attribution • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills
