Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV. Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance. Utilize digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking. Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred. 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.
