This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily tasks include setting up campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests on creatives and audiences, and adjusting bids and targeting to achieve target KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC). The Performance Media Buyer will collaborate closely with the creative and e-commerce teams to brief and review ad creatives, align campaigns with brand messaging, and support product launches and promotions. The role also includes preparing regular performance reports, generating insights, and recommending data-driven improvements to the overall media strategy and digital funnel.QualificationsStrong media planning and media strategy skills, with experience designing performance-focused campaign structures and funnels.Hands-on media buying experience on major digital platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation.Advanced analytical skills, including interpreting performance dashboards, running A/B tests, and translating data into actionable insights.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present results, and clearly explain recommendations.Experience with performance marketing in e-commerce or DTC brands; grooming, personal care, or consumer goods experience is an advantage.Proficiency with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., pixels, conversion APIs, UTM tagging) and basic understanding of SEO/landing page optimization is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a results-driven environment.
