We are looking for a highly accomplished, mature, and strategic Personal Assistant (Managerial Level) to provide exceptional executive support directly to our Chief Destination Officer.If you are a seasoned administrative professional with a strong background in the real estate sector and a knack for seamless operational coordination, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Destination Officer, acting as a reliable gatekeeper and liaison.Calendar & Travel Management: Actively manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate intricate travel logistics and daily schedules.Business Correspondence: Prepare, review, and manage professional business correspondence, reports, and emails in flawless English.Meeting Coordination: Attend high-level meetings, record accurate minutes, and rigorously follow up on action items with various stakeholders.Project Support: Assist in tracking ongoing real estate development projects, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and reporting across internal departments.Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential organizational data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives.Industry Background: Direct experience within the Real Estate or Property Development sector is mandatory.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Language & Tech Skills: Excellent, fluent command of English (B2–C1 level) with superior corporate email-writing skills.
