📍New Giza- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the COO.- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive engagements.- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, and business correspondence in both English and Arabic.- Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion.- Coordinate cross-functional projects, follow up on action plans, and track progress against key business initiatives.- Serve as a key point of contact between the COO and internal departments, external stakeholders, clients, and official entities.- Maintain accurate document control systems, records, reports, and confidential files.- Support in preparing executive summaries, business updates, and management reports.- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.- Ensure smooth communication flow and timely follow-up on pending tasks, approvals, and business requirements.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, office management, or administrative support role.- Previous experience in hospitality or real estate is highly preferred.- Strong presentation and executive reporting skills.- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare professional and business-focused presentations.- Full proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.- Strong experience in preparing official correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
