Job Description :- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound business development activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches to showcase the company's services and value proposition.- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, PR, or Creative Agencies.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, media, and PR services.- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client and market needs.
