Location: Head Office – Third Settlement, New CairoWe are looking for an experienced Personnel & Payroll Partner to join our HR team. This role will manage the day-to-day management of payroll, personnel, rewards, and government relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review monthly payroll accurately and on time. Manage all personnel activities, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation. Handle social insurance, labor office procedures, and all government relations activities. Administer employee rewards and benefits while supporting compensation-related processes. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal HR policies. Prepare payroll, personnel, and HR reports as required. Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, personnel, and HR policies.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, and HR Operations. Proven experience in Rewards & Compensation, Personnel Administration, and Government Relations. Previous HR experience supporting warehouse, factory, or logistics operations is a must. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/Payroll systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
