Supervise and manage all personnel and payroll activities, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, deductions, overtime, incentives, allowances, and final settlements.Review and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including hiring, onboarding, contract administration, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of social insurance and labor office documentation and reports.Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and payroll records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate monthly payroll reconciliation and provide payroll reports, headcount reports, and personnel analytics to management.Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, benefits, leaves, and personnel matters in a timely and professional manner.Monitor compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll and personnel documentation.Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy and effective workforce administration.Identify opportunities to improve personnel and payroll processes, controls, and operational efficiency. 4 - 7 years of experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll, including at least 1- 2 years in a supervisory role.Proven experience managing payroll processes for medium to large-sized organizations.Strong background in personnel operations, employee records management, and labor law compliance.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and payroll taxation requirements.Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRMS, attendance management systems, and ERP platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and payroll reporting.Experience preparing payroll reconciliations, salary reports, and statutory documentation.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.HR, Payroll, Labor Law, or Social Insurance certifications are considered a strong advantage.
